Retail for commercial it still matters because high property taxes even though the tenant pays them it makes the overall CAM high.

Others chose to increase density in each property by making the bedroom guideline two people per bedroom no matter what (with the exception of a medical exception), instead of separating the sexes and giving the voucher holder their own bedroom like they had in the past.  

Actually now I am a licensed CAM and manage HOA's so now I would know what to look for.I will never make this mistake again, and urge you to please read your documents and meeting minutes of past board meetings carefully.
