Usually it's more like, "hey, my drain is clogged, come fix it," and then you get out there and find a giant wad of used hygiene products that should never be flushed to begin with clogging up everything. 

No big deal .I have 2 kids that dont turn off lights , tv's or flush the toilet .

Tell him to flush at 1/2 time (my plumber calls this a courtesy flush) and it should solve his problems; otherwise charge him.

Throw in the remaining police doing the minimum not to get fired...baltimore is a toilet due for a double flush.

although nothing preps you for when they try to flush diapers down the toilet or other things.. 

Life savings flushed in the toilet, families torn apart over finances, embarrassment, losing all trust, etc... 

If the entity is flush with cash and the income supports continued distributions, most sponsors would continue to make them.  

Expecting them to pull the lid and reach their hand into the tank water to flush the toilet every time they use it is vile.If I was your tenant the word I would use to describe you starts with an A.You chose to invest and self manage out of market.

@Gregory Schwartz purely my opinion....I think all this pandemic is going to do is to flush out anyone who was half assing it, anyone who didn't do their homework, and people who got emotional. 

After buying the house and getting the sewer line cleaned out we noticed the toilet still was not flushing properly.
