I agree with sentiment here that w/o a match you should find a retirement option that is more flexible.When I started RE investing in 2019 my employer DID match my contributions.

Consumer sentiment is expected to improve with inflation easing.

I share the same sentiments. 

After that conversation, if they do happen to pay late again, I serve them a pay or quit notice in person, and repeat that sentiment.

I am concerend about where the general sentiment is going.

I can echo the sentiments regarding Autumn Property Management. 

In the military as I visited different units as the chaplain, most would voice the same sentiment in a round about way, "the only way the mission succeeds is based on what we do and without us their would be mission failure." 

The general sentiment toward STR PM's seems to be a bit negative, but there are still a lot of management companies and for a good chunk of STR owners there seems to be a need for management services.
