We are happy about this because the quality of LPs that have joined has been strong and we can sleep easier at night knowing we haven't needed to hype or over-promise at all.  

They claim it will last 20 years, but is this hype?

I have to echo what Account Closed said - a lot of hype around low income neighborhoods in Milwaukee.

Don't believe the hype.

@Scott Lepore I agree that the marketing hype behind BRRRR is a bit much.

You don't hear the media freaking out about the flu and just look at those numbers.All the main stream media seems to do these days is just report a bunch of hype over any given topic that pops up.I am not letting it bother me at all.

I am pretty early into it but I honestly don't get the hype around this book.

When college kids are concerned about real estate prices, that means over saturation and too much hype.

My long winded question is this:What are some fresh new money-making strategies ( real-estate or not ) that aren’t on the hype yet, that don’t take much start up capital, similar to wholesaling before it got popular? 

You avoid the hype and hangover of events such as this one.
