It wasn't easy, I had to provide a document detailing how my company would comply with "BSA/AML" (anti-money laundering) regulations, and answer a lot of questions on business purpose ... and interestingly these guys seemed to be very concerned that I was not involved in any way in marijuana industries.

I asked that no toxic anti- rodent products be used as I have cats and discussed that they could cause toxicity if my cats caught a mouse.I did not put the request in writing.This past week my young cat became rapidly ill within a few hours and died from what appeared to the symptoms common of Bromethalin.

NJ has some strong anti-eviction law so what I could do is limited anyway if I had a problem with the remaining tenant, which I don't.

NJ has a restrictive anti-eviction law where the landlord must renew the lease except for good cause.One of the valid reasons is of course non payment of rent.Based on my understanding, NJ landlords can immediately file for eviction without notice in the event of non-payment of rent.
