Anyone know of insurance that covers bed bug eradication and lost revenue? 

Any abuse in the system is statutorily eradicated (ask any politician;) Different states see different levels of "abuse".

Tenant agrees to pay for damages and pest eradication if pest infestation occurs as a result of their action or inaction.

But whatever we can do to reduce (cos it's far-fetched to think we can eradicate) racism, let's take it.in subprime and rental areas a lot of the worse abuse I have seen comes within their race etc..

Other than that it was messes or sneaking in pets and leaving me fleas to get eradicated.

@Jerry Fung - I invest a lot in CT and New Haven has received a lot of institutional money from New York that goes back to Israel. 

I was able to take those funds and completely eradicate my CC debt, while leaving me with enough cash to fund a bigger project!!

Social Justice should rooted out and eradicated in all organizations, lest that organization become converged toward it.

But having kids, abandoning them, and expecting the social safety net to pick up the slack...we have to work to eradicate that attitude in our society.
