If it is worth being trained by a brokerage, how do I write my cover letter and resume in such a way as to make me look like a useful candidate without lying?

We have not gotten a lot of workouts but have done several DIL's and every FC has had the opportunity to resume payments and stay.When looking at a loan like this most of the professional I work with would assume they are going to rewrite the loan at the time the balloon is due.  

If you believe in the 18-year biz cycle theory, we can definitely hit a blip in the next year or so, then resume the uptrend till 2024.

Otherwise, it is because the house is a foreclosure and the bank just wants out; the house is beat all to hell and needs remodeled; the neighborhood is declining or already a war zone; the city is going to build a nuclear amusement park next door; ETC. 

I guarantee if a nuclear bomb went off a few months later some real estate guru would have a system for making huge profits in post nuclear blast zone real estate. 

A lot of people base it on what a middle American nuclear family may want, so you may pay for the good schools and other amenities unless you can snag a deal.I am not looking for a "good" neighborhood as much as an acceptable neighborhood that fits my own criteria.
