I imagine it includes:Template creation: Form, font, size,Data entry: Putting new leads into templatesPrinting: One-at-a-time v lead packetInventory Management: Letters, envelopes, postcards, stamps, etc.Envelope Stuffing: Plus all other manual work to prep a letterScheduling: Determining the the frequency of lettersTracking: Watching lead to letter and where they are along the marketing funnelWhat else am I missing?

I don't necessarily want to make real estate investing my fulltime career, but a very lucrative side hustle to my own business in holistic wellness and urban farming.In 2009, I WAS looking to make real estate investing my fulltime career, mostly as a wholesaler but I've since realized that I do not have a passion for that particular niche, but I do love the flexibility, cash flow, and wealth creation that building a healthy property portfolio provides.At any rate, I look forward to FINALLY engaging with people on the forums, learning, DOING, and sharing with others.

However, I tend to agree that most advisors will not recommend that you invest in real estate (besides reits) because they are not compensated on those assets.I feel real estate has so much wealth building power but most financial advisors are not real estate investors, which to me is quite weird since you should be aware of all wealth creation tools out there.I tend to agree with other posters that what you might be looking for is more of a mentor.

But asset protection is an important consideration of trust creation.

I'm not an expert yet, but I do believe it will be a powerful tool in my wealth creation and pursuit of financial freedom! 

With AI taking over "content creation," I expect we will reach 90-95% garbage ratio pretty soon.Despite all of these answers piled up online, people are still asking each other and "experts" how to find a hot date, what to feed their dog and how to get rich without doing any work.

But I didn't have any kind of knowledge or background that lent itself to thinking of RE as a vehicle for wealth creation. 

In the past, the insuring of properties that the private market would not insure due to their inability to get reinsurance on it due to the risk of the property (hurricanes) necessitated the creation of state funded regional insurers.
