It's recommended to keep insulin at cooler temperatures, but it doesn't "go bad" over a short period of time not being refrigerated.For example, although I keep insulin I'm not using in the refrigerator, the vials and pens that I'm actually using aren't kept in the refrigerator

Hello real estate peopleI have a situation where this year i have to pay to the IRS on taxes..Situationmy AGI income is 160k....work In IT for a big corporationi have 9 houses, i maxed out the deductions...repairs, supplys, new refrigerators....etc.......i have stopped adding deductions for the realestate as they are not dropping my money due to the IRS..on Tax software...

That is 10 properties is 10 roofs, 10+ HVAC's, 10 water heaters, 10 refrigerators, etc that can all break.  2 properties that generate the same revenue are likely to have lower overall maintenance costs since you have fewer of those things.
