I have some tentative plans to send out some new direct-mail campaigns, and while I'm not thrilled about them, I will probably continue trying the bandit signs for now.My short term need/goal is to get the business at least functioning in the next 3 months, that will keep me from having to retreat to my 9-5 career.  

So, when they see a foundation repair, they're thrilled! 

It honestly was a great deal, and we are thrilled we spent the money.  

I'm sure both the HOA and the bank were thrilled.

I was thrilled they were able to fill the property this time of year when fewer people move.

The offer was so low they said no but a week goes by and nothing happens... the thrill of possible sale replaced by the drudgery of trying to sell.Don't forget to represent yourself as the person who can solve the sellers problem.  

The day we finalized the lease, I told my wife that I was mentally drained...then the next day, I told her I missed the thrill already!!
