As an avid traveler and someone who plans to spend a majority of my time abroad, I understand exactly where you are coming from, and how cheap it is to live well in other parts of the world.Cash or Leverage - it really depends on your goal and what your comfort level is at.

While I still have capital left I know partnering will take the business to the next level.
