Hi @Jacob Bejarano I agree with @Denise Supplee, You might also want to check out our club, it’s been a great way to diversify into out-of-state markets, and by investing smaller amounts in each deal, we’ve been able to spread our investments more effectively

The only thing is they have to go through a credit check to qualify, so if your tenant's credit is poor, they may not be able to take advantage of the service anyway.
