I was expecting a big quote from what I've read online but they actually ended up being the same price as our previous carrier we used for LTR on the property.

It sounds like a good opportunity and I want to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some reviews since the program is a high ticket of $15K I couldn't find much online about this program or Brian Grimes.

Overall, sounds like there is more inventory coming on line in 2025 in some major markets so wondering what some of those leading indicators of a "bottom" might be.

What I’ve noted is that many of the blogs, online and physical school websites - all seem to lack clarity on the very specific requirements.
