As per FCC this is the definition of a telemarketer:The term telemarketer means the person or entity that initiates a telephone call or message for the purpose of encouraging the purchase or rental of, or investment in, property, goods, or services, which is transmitted to any person.So it's still a very diffuse topic and I doubt, it's that easy to sue a private person for calling someone they don't know once.

Then on the show American Dream Builders on NBC, they did an episode where everyone had a tiny home to decorate, they were modulars, and WOW they were so creative!

And, rental prices in the Sacramento area are up over 8% over last year.There was a news segment on the local NBC station today saying that the rental prices are up sharply due to folks moving in from the Bay Area.
