I personally need a multiplex unit near the airport or with quick access via the Metrolink Red Line.

However I will note that I truly believe that this is a stale relic of the same type of anti-city, anti-lower class, anti-minority & anti-historic architecture policies of the HUD & FHA exemplified by the issue of "red lining".

Also you're right down the street from the Monon Trail (most popular walking trail in central Indiana).Elon Musks brother is opening a new resturaunt right down the street at 46th and College which has gotten some people excited and the new Red Line is being put in through College which should marginally improve public transit in the area.

The unit is only a 3 min. walk to the red line train station and I'm wondering if the numbers for the 02124 zip code make sense... bare in mind Boston is insanely expensive right now.

The number should go from yellow to red(line) telling me to outsource, or change gears, 1st gear just one, you, 2nd 2 employees, 3rd 3+ etc...  

My 3 family is near the red line (underground) and my house shakes ever so slightly when it goes by.  

Based on what I am hearing from other lenders, this might be a case of red-lining (which is illegal, commercial or not).  

The sent the back to me twice, the first time with 30 red line revsision (out of a possible 160), the second time with like 6-8 red lines.

The markup simply has to be higher, because otherwise a single return trip could redline a project.* Single-room projects in tight spaces are harder to schedule, because there's physically less space... so trades have to be sequential instead of concurrent.
