The trick with RE investing is that you have to sift through a lot of junk before you find a diamond in the rough there is no app or website that has properties just for investors, you have to look on MLS unless you are comfortable buying off market properties, which I wouldn't be comfortable with on a first purchase.

I know there have been a LOT of questions asked about rental property appliances, but there doesn't seem to be ad definitive answer and there's too much old info to sift through, so I thought I'd make a poll to ask people about specific appliances, as different brands seem to have strengths in different appliance types.

If you put in the time to sift through it all, you can find so much information here that is worth gold - literally.I had been learning for over a year and even put in three or four offers when I stumbled across a posting on the BP Marketplace.
