I have read a lot of personal growth books as well as spiritual growth books.

Not just financially, but spiritually too.

The best way to keep the government out of our business is to practice ethical behavior even when no one is looking.My rule of thumb for ethical decisions has been would I be willing to share this with my wife, children and spiritual advisor?

I have by no means "made it", but I have experienced spiritual, personal, and financial growth that I never thought possible.

They bring priests and teams of people with special equipment into rich neighborhoods so they can get better deals by making people believe their property is in bad spiritual shape haha

Investing where I live and work is exciting for many reasons, financially of course, but also relationally, spiritually, and psychologically to be rooted and invested in a place and to actively promote the well being of that place. 

I won't expand here because that isn't the purpose of this site, but I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this spiritual aspect when trying to change people.4.

You need to make sure she's on the same page as you, financially, spiritually, sexually, etc before you seriously consider letting her encroach on your single man-space permanently.
