I have used this very successfully... instead of handing out 200 to 300 bucks worth of starbucks cards or springing for catered foods.. no other realtor I have ever seen has done this.. and it works big time let me tell you.Only reason I did this is I bought a hottub oh 25 years ago and they offered a free mexico certificate which I used to go to Las Brisas.

thank you for replying.1 They are moving out, moving to Mexico. 2 my Dad have a fixed rate goes up every month or six months or so he modify the house three years ago and when BK and they don't work.
