I don't know how much money someone would be willing to invest with a 22 year old straight out of college, but it's more than they'd invest with an 18 year old straight out of high school.Financial success over your lifetime will depend on diversification and real estate should be a big part of that for you.

Also, with about 14% total annual returns, i believe us stocks and reits have delivered better tax treatments and better risk adjusted returns for the past 10 years than remote direct re investments which carry high execution risks, poor diversification and liquidity.
