There are dependent care allowances and other stuff that defrays costs, and vouchers are a possibility though some daycares don't like them.4) can you negotiate something with the new company to defray the cost of care?

Keep in mind most voucher recipients can be selective enough to live in a c grade area and hence d grade will equate to low credit score market tenants.
