You will start making contacts with leads over time but still keep your expectations low and understand that the majority of the people that even answer will not be interested.It's just like dieting and exercising.

Coaching is like a diet program, they can work if you just work the plan. 

It is like selling a slimming powder but you have to follow a certain diet/food restrictions, if you remove the powder and just follow the diet/food restriction, you will still be at the same outcome, maybe +/- 1 pounds after 3 months, but you save on the powder expense.

Looking for a "diet" of books for understanding the broader RE industry and all the moving parts and key players.
