The tilting floors are a give away.I know that you don't want to be to the northeast of a cranberry bog as pesticides sprayed by helicopter are carried by the prevailing southwest winds.It's that level of detail that automation just won't be able to replace.I agree that the old school style of brokerage with the big office with plate glass windows on Main St might want to re-think things.

Smith My favorite neighborhoods for investment are Southwest Gardens and North Hampton.

Does population continue to grow unabated in the Southwest and Sunbelt?

Several years ago, we looked into solar panels for one of our buildings (highest on the block, completely unobstructed sunlight south, west and east sides). 

The southwest part of the city is now the least developed and construction in the area is relentless.

I stay in one of the "so-so areas" of town (near Old Town), but in the "southwest" quarter.

Hey Account Closed, if it were me, based on your criteria I'd start looking at these areas that are darker blue, which seems to skew North, East, and SouthWest of downtown.Good luck!
