If restrictions were in place, like with food stamps or Section 8 vouchers, it would assure that the funds are being used as intended.

I know they adjusted voucher limits higher again this year and we'll be pushing for increases on ours when they come up for renewal.

What I also find is a lot of the "turn-key" providers are in those rough sections of the city where tenants stop paying rent or lose their voucher.

If there are a lot of retail comps in the area then you know you're looking in a neighborhood where people want to live, and that is where I want to invest.Fully agree with Joe - Baltimore is so diverse and while there are areas I personally wouldn't invest in, I like the sweet spot of Class B neighborhoods with a fair share of working class and Section 8 voucher holders (my two favorite types of renters for cash flow).

A 3 bed voucher can get you 1300+ depending,  you can check HUD's site for numbers or call the housing office.

Mostly all SFR.This is the guide he taught me and I now use.Though Section 8 is slowing/stopping new Vouchers and the Voucher tenant rent rate is slowly decreasing.Was much more favorable 3 yrs ago, but still good to this day for the right deals.But, Market Tenants may be the new clientele for these rental areas very soon.Especially with Budget cuts on HUD.Good Luck all!

If found that a doctor is giving out ESA vouchers to someone with no history of depression or handicap beforehand (no treatment has been seeked) they are at risk for their malpractice insure of going a little higher.
