If I mark up materials 30% thats probably what they would pay at Home Depot or the lumber yard , They will probably pay more  , and pay for delivery . 

It's the cheapest and they only count successful deliveries.

Most investors I speak with/assist feel like they over charge and under deliver.   

I would think for a one year lease, $20 per appliance, there is a place with very nice used appliances for around 200, delivery included.

They also have a lot of scratch and dent deals and most items are 90 day warranted with free delivery.
