That being said, I'm happy to regurgitate things that I learned from Greene's book since you have a market already identified.I wish you well post separation from the Military.  

what i see in the land flipping courses is really just each of them regurgitating the same information there is only so much you can talk about when it comes to land.. you buy low you sell high  easy concept..

They just regurgitate the crap that they learned from the stupid courses that they took to get a piece of paper on the wall.

It's called the funnel) This is not who i'm talking about, most "gurus" call center coaches that are actually not investors at all, but are regurgitating the course back to you along with some zig ziglar day planner directions for action and motivation. 

It's regurgitation and requires no level of high level thinking.

Besides my limited experience so far...anything else I write would just be regurgitated from other stuff I've read from others.

Some are wonderful people but are regurgitating other people's training.

Rather than regurgitate the same info over again, suggest you do a search on BP for "how to estimate repair costs".

This truly sounds like some guru sputum you have bought into and regurgitated here for others to enjoy.
