@Bill Gulley  I hear ya I tried to find one in Vegas and promptly got a nasty gram from the lending regulators in Nevada... 

And  master shower was full of bad grime.  

I know around here there is a scam going on where they are trying to rent them out, can't meet on site, just send us a Western Union gram and we will send keys blah blah.

I have been warned about grease and grime in kitchens in apartments because of the traditional foods immigrants cook that require extreme cleaning measures during tenant turnovers with these people

He never answers.Yesterday, he sends a nasty gram to my husband saying he will call the city, health department and the news to expose us for being bad landlords.

Hi @Aaron Grimes,Most of my fellow mortgage brokers and LOs out there in the world are idiots. 

It literally had 1/8" of dirt and grime on top of it.
