linolium flooring
my most recent rehab (rental) I came across some really nasty linolium flooring. After some research, I decided to strip it instead of replacing. It literally had 1/8" of dirt and grime on top of it. Took some straight amonia, let it sit for 15 minutes. Scrub with a brush, mop up the mess, then repeat as necessary. It was time consuming but was very CHEAP and the floor now looks brand new after a new coat of wax. Try it on yourn next rental!
