@Michael HassellI send out invoices from my quickbooks account and my tenants pay by ACH transfers.I get alerts by email every time the payments hit my checking account.Seamless.One tenant is old school and paranoid and insists on mailing checks per lease.That's fine.She mails her checks to my POBOX.
