New Kitchen countertops and new appliances in all bathrooms, replaced cabinets with floating shelves and repainted all cabinets .

I just bought a house and the previous owner painted the bathroom dark purple (like the LA Lakers color).What is a good color that I should repaint it with?

Repaint all the trim and in general clean, tidy, and square away the existing yard.

If you have an allergen free requirement, then re-painting is a must, but you would probably not have carpet in such a unit in the first place since carpet harbors allergens readily.

Some repairs included, walls to be repainted (I caulked the holes from mounting tvs), garbage was on the ground in the in the alley, furniture was on the ground in the alley.  

You also need to pick finishes that are durable and not too expensive, and easy to rehab/repaint/refresh between tenants.
