I do think that in the end you have a superior product to a value add.

If you get asset condition wrong, your returns will be wrong.There is a superior way to all of the above. 

I don't want to spring for a metal roof because I won't hold the houses forever and don't want to pay twice as much for something that won't be worth it by getting metal roofing installed though I realize it's the superior roofing choice.

This severely subpar customer service, lack of timely correspondence and initiative from Alan Kirkham should be unacceptable for a company that claims to be top notch and superior to all other CPA / tax advising firms and charges clients a ridiculous $25k fee for their 'all-inclusive services'.

Also, if you were trying the Virtue Signaling, pretending to care about poor people, moral superiority thing. 

In my opinion, both types of investments have their pros and cons and neither one is 100% superior to the other.

And the reward that those relationships generate Is far superior than just the money.

You can and should report him to his superior officer, but not by phone.

I will continue to buy in these areas, since the returns are superior to other areas,  The key is to find good property management.
