I'm sure other members can give you more precise info but I know that each state has different variables that you need to understand (tenant vs owner friendly, tax codes etc.) 

You would get better (and cheaper) representation from someone who specializes in the specific area of law--they have the system set up and can focus on the precise areas you need.
