Zach Schaar Option To Purchase Contracts

You can do that too, if you really don't care about the deal, don't mind walking away if anything turns on you, then by all means, fly by the seat of your pants. If on the other hand, you have time, effort, money in the deal and you want to CYA and reduce risks of not closing, then one page will not do it staying in good form.I also think the attitude of some small deal is pretty lame, a 15K property can cost you big bucks if you really mess up, the sale price may have little to do with claims against you, so every transaction needs to be entered into with more respect than buying a pack of gum. :)

You don't need a college degree to make great money and college is pretty much a scam in any major except the STEM related ones.I'd highly recommend he learn how to sell first, read books on sales, go to Sam's Club/CostCo and buy gum or candy and upsell it at school to kids and make money that way, start a landscaping business, sell anything and learn how to sell well, then start trying to sell stuff online and figure out what it is that you have a passion for that you can sell and provide value to people's lives.
Matthew Rembish What to do with Wallpaper
8 January 2018 | 20 replies
@Matthew Rembish As you see, there are several methods, you will soon find out that one method that works with one adhesive will not work with the other, "hard" adhesives will not peel with steam instead, crack that means that you are peeling like 1/8" rocks adhered to the wall, some also peel like bubble gum stuck on the wall after steaming, etc etc.
