However, if you don't need the job, start saying NO to any new demanding projects or time constraints (no more working 60 hours leave at a more reasonable time), fight back for your time, there will be an infliction point, the company will hire a helping hand for you or you will be canned.

With a knife it is easy to conceal from multiple angles and cut points for the major arteries.If you redirect the weapon the attacker still has a chance to change angles and inflict damage.If they shoot off a gun that is pinned to their body the attacker will just blow off a chunk of their own anatomy from the recoil.Just because some people are former police or are police now don't lull yourself into thinking you can take anyone out.

We will see how long it takes our economy to get out of quarantine and see the damage inflicted. 

There should exist a 24-Hour-Notice-To-Vacate procedure for special cases such as: imminent threats, reckless endangerment (causing serious risk of injury to someone else on the premises other than you), inflicting substational personal injury ect. 

You wont see a dime of the $$...So you have to ask yourself if the time, effort and some extra $$ are worth trying to make this issue possibly haunt this tenant in the future....show up when he tries to rent again, buy a house or a car etc.....For some the answer is YES.....I know the $$ is gone but I want to inflict some shred of accountability......if no one EVER does it, these clowns will keep doing it over and over.....someone has to at least try....For others, the answer is NO....its not worth my time and $$, let it go and move on....I understand the economics of the situation....but I hate to let people get away with ZERO accountability....that just contributes to many of the issues in our society

Most, and I do mean MOST are self-inflicted poverty, which comes from there consumerism.

Either way, that is how we coimmunicate and it works out fine.Not speaking the language of the country that you reside in is a self inflicted problem.

The pandemic has wrecked the income of certain assets including hotels, nursing homes and certain retail real estate.This is going to be a very interesting "recovery" as since it is a regulatory inflicted economic decline, so to will recovery and performance be connected.
