So you are saying these people were helpless, and no matter what they did, getting swindled by him was unavailable?

People who have the right structures & plans set up, in the beginning, are hard targets to sue or swindle.

You aren’t being swindled.

If you're going via a realtor, then you shouldn't worry too much being they "should" have a fiduciary duty not to swindle you - -though, still do your homework. 

Angry people are contacting law enforcement and posting in public forums about a swindle, with your name all over it.As they say:  "i dont think you really understand the gravity of your situation"  

If they fail you replace them for free.The people making money off this gig and those who don't want to believe they've been swindled roundly are always going to protest that these windows have to be CUSTOM-MADE at the factory. 

I am not so forgiving, some things I do for the point of it, and I would file suit (theft by swindle) and file with state attorney general.

"It sounds as though" you have a dog in this fight to swindle children out of their future earnings with student loans to transfer money from their pockets to yours in some way -- "I'm sorry to hear that".Colleges teach ZERO of use in the real world.There are other Swindles designed to take money from people and not provide value that are highlighted on this website from time to time too.

What's infuriating is that it took years of this company making "mistakes," thousands of people being swindled out of their money and hundreds losing their homes before this was done.
