Here is the situation:I am 20 years old, I invested in bitcoin at $7000 a couple of years ago, I'm planning to cash out soon in order to pay off my student loans (64k total between both me and my fiance).

But you can buy a house with bitcoin as long as both parties agree on exchanging bitcoin for a property and there would be title company, title insurance and escrow company who are willing to handle Bitcoin transactions. 

Two years later, strong rental demand and wild appreciation have made it the next best thing I've ever invested in from a returns perspective besides $AAPL, $TSLA and bitcoin. 

I'm by no means an expert in the blockchain and cryptocurrency world, BUT I'm very intrigued by the nature of it and how it can be such a polarizing topic when trying to understand its value and utility in the future. 

You may be eye-balling the stock market or bitcoin, but you know what they say: the grass is always greener on the other side!
