For better or worse, your "betting" only inflames the poor perception of agents or perhaps reinforces realty. 

Would love to know everyone's thoughts and if this changes your perception of Norristown to the point that you would invest in the area.

Unfortunately, for the darker one´s this will be the normalized perception.

The number of pictures is good as a representation but quite often one's perception of a home from images will be different when they actually view the property; room sizes, personal feel, etc. 

It seems like most peoples perception of wholesaling is that it's easy money and doesn't require a lot of knowledge.

Proof of funds solves a lot of perception issues by others.I understand your frustration, but as a broker, I've been run down rat holes by guys with all kinds of questions and plans and NO MONEY = Doing nothing.

Maybe increase the perception of value with some light landscaping in flowerbeds.Ultimately you have to “win” in the eyes of an appraiser so whatever you can improve to accomplish that will help.
