Info swap after we get back?

My primary heloc is through them, but they seem to be very accommodating for local properties - it's worth asking them if they'd do an investment loan.Feel free to reach out to me if you want to swap stories about rental rates here.  

We actually got 2 offers - one a cash offer of $17,500 (which we got today) and another an offer to swap this property for a $25,000 note (collateralized by another property), an offer we got yesterday.

And running new lines is relatively affordable in the event you need to swap anything out.Your steel on copper concern on the other hand does need to be addressed.

As I expected, he told me swapping out a few 2x4's and a little work consisting of under $500 was all that was needed.

One heads up with reporting is some agencies will change their keywords each month (swap out bad performing ones for good performing ones) or include a ton of useless keywords that anybody could rank for.

hahaha @Michael Skoczylas 'swap until you drop' is definitely a less gruesome version - I may steal that ;)
