I am wondering which bridge lender going to collapse this year. 

The answer, of course, was because it was the right thing to do--making it through the great financial collapse without missing a single payment and without losing a penny of investor money was no small accomplishment. 

I grew up in the midwest (Metro Detroit), which is a good reference for collapse - not seeing it here.
