The 3 bedroom side had larger areas to repair; however the scope of repairs were less than the 1 bedroom side.I spent the first 2 weeks scrubbing the walls and ceiling with TSP to get the Nicotine and Tar out.

It comes in a spray or a gel and can usually be found at Ace Hardware...when you can't find something...try your local Ace, you'd be surprised.  

I second the gel bait that Michael S recommended.

They are made to fit like a glove over your old tub, so you supposedly need an installation consultant to come out and determine the make and model of your existing tub so you can order the correct liner (you can probably skip this step if you already know the info).I have one tub enclosure in a house that is riddled with small hairline cracks in the gel coat.

The most important thing is to partner up with someone you gel with and can learn from in my opinion. 

It's your lungs and your life.However, I don't allow smokers in my rentals because they damage my buildings, stink everything up, and leave the walls filthy with nicotine and burns in the carpets.

I truly feel like both of these applicants failed to try to assist in getting the verifications very unlike how serious applicants have made sure I got what I needed, but it's been hard to pinpoint (besides a bad feeling in stomach around day 3) when I figured out that it was going to be another couple days and it would all not gel.

Then use gel stain, first on the area, then on the very last coat lightly, with a nice brush, the whole side panel.  

Even if they smoke outside their clothes bring the nicotine  into the closets. 

There is no safe way to enjoy/smoke a cigarette.So instead of helping nicotine addicts, they continue to allow cigarettes but just tax the sh*t out of them.
