By you all not thinking about what you are saying, this absolute nonsense spreads like a virus reinforcing the belief that because everyone regurgitates the same wrong stuff, it must be true.

Regurgitate these emotions back to them.

David Schwartz, amongst others, every other author has regurgitated the same information.

You need to be aware of the ones who call themselves investors and mentors - most are only regurgitating what they have read in books or garnished from seminars - many are just FULL OF IT!

I will regurgitate for you what I have heard: there is a major player in that market offloading their inventory so deals right now may be especially easy to find.

And institutional investors, please everyone stop regurgitating political BS.

Lots of the real estate books I find filled with useless regurgitated fluff. 

I certainly hope this thread has reduced the number of would be wholesalers making the same regurgitated mistakes and poor business practices, one can only hope anyways.

Most people that have limited experience go the thought leadership route.Start learning everything you can about real estate investing and then regurgitate it by writing blogs, starting or being featured on podcasts, blab about it on YouTube and social media.  

Now I admit I have never attended these conferences and I’m sure there’s some great tips and strategies from these guys but much of what I’ve seen and heard is just regurgitating someone’s old information already out there .
