Frequency of communication?

@Stephanie MetalCheck out websites such as Crime Reports and CrimeMapping, and google for other websites in your area, that will display crime patterns and frequency.

I've had buyers walk away from a decent deal because there were high voltage lines a couple of hundred yards away.As a Ham Radio operator, I have other reasons for disliking them - mostly due to the potential for radio frequency interference (RFI), but my personal belief is that the who "cancer cluster" thing is just paranoid BS.Still, you need to factor that in to your budget. 

I personally happen to believe that market downturns will decrease in frequency over time. 

The yard maintenance guy has his frequency set up & simply uses his own gate access code to come & go.

I know he's not too recent (depending how that is determined) since he passed away earlier this year and probably has not been on the site since the beginning of the year at best. perhaps logins and/or frequency of logins is what I was more concerned about than posts... you're right... posts don't necessarily give much weight other than "activity level" on the site.this noted, I just wondered whether recent activity was working OR maybe how it determines if a member is recent... however, the other question would be the criteria for "recent activity" status for a member.ANYWAY... nonetheless, it's a definitely great feature that allows users to connect locally.

Termite inspection frequency would depend on local "norms", as would tenting.

There are some public insurance adjusters who listen in on fire department radio frequencies, show up at the scene of a fire and then try to convince the property owner to hire their services for a fee or percentage of the claim.
