I'm curious if anyone has relaxed tenant qualification standards due to current widespread hardships. 

When I worked on properties that had more relaxed standards, we had more problems. 

This is tricky because I don't think you should necessarily relax standards that are meant to protect you.

I'm thinking, wow, that's weird, but one of the loggers kind of looked like the jerk, so I thought, well, I guess he needs the money (the trees were selling for a premium at the time - I sold a bunch of my trees and that's how I paid for my well).So, later that evening, I'm sitting in my trailer relaxing and there's a knock on my door. 

I'm not saying no one ever gets set up - I suspect there's a decent number of movie stars, sports athletes, and other "famous" people that end up with settlements over BS - but unless you're using a pseudonym here, there's a good chance you're nobody just like the rest of us and no one knows you have anything nor wants your stuff, so you can probably relax. 

Credit standards for those are more relaxed than conventional loans.

The further we get from  the crash the more relaxed lenders and guidelines are getting.

These are all relatively simple projects that don't involve much capitol; just a good planning session and lot of sweaty, dirty, muscle-building work. 

They may not appreciate you pointing out their "relaxed approach" to property ownership. 

It seems to me that commercial wholesaling would involve a lot of conference rooms and suit and ties rather than the relaxed nature as Residential Wholesaling.
