I'm thinking, wow, that's weird, but one of the loggers kind of looked like the jerk, so I thought, well, I guess he needs the money (the trees were selling for a premium at the time - I sold a bunch of my trees and that's how I paid for my well).So, later that evening, I'm sitting in my trailer relaxing and there's a knock on my door.

I'm not saying no one ever gets set up - I suspect there's a decent number of movie stars, sports athletes, and other "famous" people that end up with settlements over BS - but unless you're using a pseudonym here, there's a good chance you're nobody just like the rest of us and no one knows you have anything nor wants your stuff, so you can probably relax.

It seems to me that commercial wholesaling would involve a lot of conference rooms and suit and ties rather than the relaxed nature as Residential Wholesaling.
