It’s not as easy as setting up a site though and getting leads right away However it’s not rocket science and can easily be thought out to be effective.

The point is, it didn't take a rocket scientist to look at those gains and wonder one of two things - was the value of American business undervalued back in the day or is it over-valued today???

Profits per property sky rocketed.

Maybe they don't realize that it was sky rocketing assessments (that weren't tied to an increase in property values) in the first place that led to its passage among other things.

They arrived in three cars flaying black flags and attacked with auto weapons and rocket launchers/RPGs.

I’m sure the real estate Market specially apartments are going to sky rocket once this pandemic is over.

The reasons are basically 3.1)  the virus have a hard effect in the economy, that was showing signs of loosing strength.2) Specifically RE market was also showing signs of loosing momentum, where price of properties were sky rocketing with very low returns3) RE market has too many leveraged investorsLet me go more deep on each topic:1) the economy suffered  big Shock.
