I just started to watch U tube in the last 6 to 8 months primarily for cooking recipes  and Aviation related episodes,  in northern CA there is Juan Browne and his Bloncolori channel I like him a lot.

As for James Wise, aren't you doing the same in highlighting nightmare tenant stores to get views and attention on your You Tube channel?

(On this July 15th, as I was on U-Tube, looking for videos on the economic havoc that COVID-19 is working, in 2020; I ran across a video, entitled, "The Forth Turning- How This Crisis Was Predicted 30 Years Ago", dated June 7th, 2020 & done by Roger James Hamilton.

You do that by getting references, getting multiple (3-5) bids, researching your project on you tube beforehand, and not letting your money get ahead of the work.

If something was missed or not seen (Like nob and tube wiring).

Keep in mind anyone can watch a few You Tube videos and think they know enough to teach others.
