(Engineering, law, medicine...)I know sometimes it feels lke you could be using those four years to build a business, but having a college degree is always a good failsafe and those four years are also the best four years in many people's live where they meet lots of good hardworking people as well.

Edited: I was curious so I reread the police report I have saved: it was actually $15,500 taken via a ACH payment  First, this was you think it was a house cleaner who took a picture of your check........ again a far cry from realtor/home owner you are making an offer on.

Also when setting up Quickbooks just make sure your tenants can pay using ACH or Debit cards that way there is no transaction fees or else you will pay a lot in transaction fees.

They only charge a small $2 ACH transaction fee which either you can pay or the tenants can pay (autopay options, even pay with credit card), features a maintenance portal, background screening options, expenses, report sheets, signature system for lease agreements/notices, essentially all the features you could want.I've saved well over $20k in the past 5 yrs by self-managing.
