@Joe S.Yes there is a property management company out of Mexico MOThe place has been mostly rehabbed (metal roofs and newer mechanicals and so forth) so it won’t need a lotI have been seriously considering it but just bought two other places and have one under contract so a little light on cashI can get it (I have looked at it three times and negotiated as far owner will go)...

It also padded the runway for me to check off any number of items on my dream list if I wanted to go after those, including traveling to Australia for a few months or maybe taking several side adventures such as exploring Belize, Mexico, Europe, or traveling around the US to visit friends.

In 2012 I had to leave Atlanta again, because my driver's license ran out and there were only 2 states I could get a new one: New Mexico or Washington.

You might also try looking in Southern New Mexico where tax rates are much lower.
