The sad part in all this mess is the fact the guy( Morris) could have been wildly successful and built an empire (legally )had he done things the right way he still could have really made a name for himself .

@Latisha Douglas This will help you lots:I noticed that your main issue with section8 is that they leave the property bad.So what I would do instead of screening them, while they are applying to your property, give them a surprise visit at their home and ask them to go in and tell it is part of the process of applying.If they don’t let you in/their house is filthy and bad - do not take them.If their house is clean - take them.The issues with people that leave properties in bad shape is that they are filthy and messy people, and I am a clean person and that mentality never changes, same with being filthy and dirty, so nothing will change.This will help you a lot give it a shot.

I had a tenant move out after 5 years and they left the place a complete mess.

San Francisco is a MESS!

I obviously don't know for certain but they painted my other identical building next door without a serious mess.

The reality is that this thing is going to be messy.

This is messy and who knows what will happen.

It is incredibly messy and disorganized fly-by-night type of operation.

I have a dog and several really messy hobbies and these carpets hide all of our messes. 

I want this to be temporary as it’s a very desirable apartment... it’s kind of a messy situation but I want to go about it the right way
