COVID can live on skin, clothes and hair.

Find you a grey hair old man who has been there and done that and pick his brain.

But anyone who asks you that should raise every hair on your back.

See if the hair stands up on your neck at some point.

Compare that with these pink and purple haired punks just outta school who never even worked a day in their lives yet with their hands out wanting free money because they had it rough  . ( I sound like a crotchety old man don’t I lol )  

Me I speak like a friggin' sailor but he maintains a very different public persona than what we hear on the phone when his hair is down so to speak.

About 50% of my Section 8 tenants pay their portion on time, for others it can be hair pulling, but not eviction worthy.

I would say any cleaning service that focuses on pet hair removal, dander, basic clean up to protect people that might move in with allergies is going to cost $200.

That's like splitting hairs to me for buy and hold.

Now if a sewer line was backed up, I think that would be on me, but a slow draining tub because you let your hair build up in it....why not have the tenant take care of it.
