The customer support was able to help, but unfortunately, I learned very quickly that the T-mobile chip set that came with the base station was not reliable... so while the alarm system tested and was working OK... the signal was not good, so that it would go in and out, and essentially be useless.After a few days of screwing around, and troubleshooting every other possibility, Simplisafe decided to send me Verizon chip set.  

I heard it's possible to get a static IP on Verizon with ports unblocked, so I'll test that soon.

You can earn $4,500 year putting this money in something a lot safer like Verizon or AT&T stock and pay only 15% federal tax on those qualified dividends.     

Just as Verizon will not pay you to help your client buy a phone, a PM will not pay you to help with the tenant.

Find someone who works at Verizon or AT&T or TMobile in their real estate department and they will tell you whst to look for.

Verizon hotspot etc., so you aren't depriving her of a necessary utility to perform work etc.
