One thing that is different for me is my aviation background, I'll be working directly with investors with a lot of capital, using their cash.

Anything marine or aviation related costs a fortune to operate and repair (because of many associated regulations).

(i.e. aviation and COVID travel restrictions).I'm not endorsing the idea of supporting laziness.  

Theoretically, your ownership goes upward into space, but the "air rights" are taken by police powers of air space for general and commercial aviation.

WHY the car sellers know west coast has higher wages and folks can afford more.. same with GAS even though in CA there are refineries all over the place but the Bay area has some of the highest gas prices in the country.Same with Aviation fuel we pay 5 bucks a gallon I can get it for 3.50 in small airports in Montana I frequent.. and they have to truck it much further... pricing is what the market and economy will bare.

If you are and you learned to fly skipping ground school, where you should learn the basics of aviation and weather, I don't think I want to get on your plane.  

BTW Van Nuys is usually the busiest general aviation airport in the world.now back to the cars, trucks and motorcycles.

The only way you would know is if when they go to the airport they go to private aviation and jump on their jet or they go to the terminal and jump on Southwest :)

For example, the owner owns to infinity but the feds took the use of the title holder's air rights for aviation, in an area that has no zoning an owner probably controls up to 100 feet without getting into regulatory matters.The Grantor owner grants easements for various reasons and uses, the owner still owns the land, but the easement is described, in you case a roadway easement, this grants a hole through the owner's property, it's like a tunnel, above the surface with widths described and 100 feet high unless the owner's rights are further limited by law.
